in the nude

 I'm a sucker for sheer fabrics and nude neutrals. 

I don't care what fashion trends may or may not say, I adhere to the nude shoe and nude hues being present in my wardrobe no matter what decade we're in. You can always find a place for it in your outfit whether it's statement, layering or accent - longevity is important, folks. (hence, Ferragamo resort 2013: it sticks)

Plus, a good nude shoe can really do some beneficial optical illusions for your gams which you know, is never ever a bad thing!

tendrils & lace

Such a lovely pair: lace & braids

Usually & generally you try to play opposites to counteract looking over-anything (overly feminine, overly boyish, overly matronly...etc). But the marriage of two very feminine things can sometimes be very easy on the eyes. It does help to play with volume... If you have tiny delicate lace, it's good to have a very large-scale braid to complement each other. 

Plus, I love wild hair! Mainly because I (Jules) do not own a hair brush or comb and my hair is about 3 feet long and I cannot obtain the amount of volume these editorials depict... And no, I am not a hot-mess.

Hope everyone is having a nice week. We're almost to the end for a nice (hopefully sunny) extended weekend thanks to the holiday! (for the US)

Humidity and trapped heat makes us wish for the option of running around naked. Since running around naked (aka streaking) is most likely to be viewed as socially harmful, the least we could grace you with is a strong top but bottomless option. Who said a pair of pretty panties or bathing suit can't look rad with a solid piece of outerwear?

A woman's greatest accessory is a great pair of stems, and a good ass attached to said legs is a plus!
